T DUFFERIN PARK NOTES t s Jockey E. T. Moore will swing into action on Saturday. His engagements will be made by Mickey Courtney. A. C. Lock, owner, and S. Jeanes, trainer, were fined 0 each by the stewards at Long Branch for misuse of their badges. W. G. Kelly will be at Long Branch each morning from 8 a. m. until 9:45 a. m. to-accept entries and scratches for Dufferin Park. Scratch time at Long Branch will be 8:15 a. m. George Alexandra will ship a division of-the stable of J. E. Smallman to Hamilton to rest up until the. opening of the seven-day meeting there on Saturday, June 27. Starter Tom Clark will carry over his list of horses which must start from the ouside . of their fields, from Long Branch. The most recent additions to the list are Black Flash, Semester and Princely Pal. Apprentice Robert Fair will ride as a full-fledged jockey when Dufferin Park opens Saturday. The lad was astride his first winner over this track one year ago Friday and, under the rules in operation here, is no longer entitled to claim the five pound allowance. Thesame claiming rule that was in opera fi1 tion at Long Branch will be in effect at Dufferin Park. All claims for the day must be in the claiming box by two p. m., and any horse claimed must be entered for a claiming price twenty-five per cent higher than that for which it was claimed, if started within a period of thirty days. Charles Henry, racing secretary at Dufferin Park, is in receipt of the following letter from E. F. Sears: "Although three of the photo decisions Thursday were against me, after looking at the pictures on the board I was more than satisfied. I think 4he camera is a splendid innovation and .jhould satisfy anyone in doubt."
