Bradley, who will be represented in the Chicago Derby Saturday by Bow and Arrow and Baby Talk, arrived Friday morning from his Idle Hour Farm in Kentucky. An early arrival at Hawthorne, he was busy renewing old acquaintances before and during the races. C. T. Young, with Malimou and Norman D., owned by E. R. Molters," arrived from the Molters farm, near Tulsa. Sleepy Joe, now racing at Kansas City, will be added to the stable following the Riverside Park meeting. Included among the stables leaving here for Thistle Down, near Cleveland, next week, are those of J. Massey, Jr., J. Oros, L. Dori-ott, D. Womeldorff, Mrs. L. Thorpe, J. Purpura and the Blue Ridge Farm Stable. C. M. Feltner left to spend the week-end at Berryville, Va. He has several horses at Charles Town, W. Va. In addition to Jim McConnell, Tim Smith received the horses Miss Princess and An-celot from Omaha and quartered them at Sportsmans Park. Jockey J. Rosen comes here from Detroit to pilot E. W. Duffys Sir Jim James in the Chicago Derby. After several days at Latonia, Howard Wells is back at Hawthorne, where he has one of the larger stables. He is considering shipping to New York for the Empire City meeting. Hal Price Headley, owner of Hollyrood and Sparta, arrived from his Beaumont Farm in Kentucky in time to direct the unloading of his crack three -year-olds. After entering the horses for the Chicago Derby Headley filed license applications for jockeys J. Mat-tioli and W. Saunders, who are slated to ride them in Saturdays stake.
