MACOMBER CICERO VISITOR Here for the Chicago Derby, J. K. Ma-comber, California sportsman and representative of the California Racing Commission in the stewards stand at all of the principal tracks in that state, viewed several of Fridays races from the stewards stand. En route east, Macomber stopped at Omaha and Kansas City, where he visited the tracks near those cities, and he plans to spend a day or two at Detroit before returning to the coast.
