I f WOODBINE PARK TURF NOTES f l ts The imported stallion Marcus Aurelius, the property of Mrs. R. Stedman, which has been standing at Calgary, Alberta, arrived in Toronto and will be placed in service at Markham, Ont. Starter Rowe has added E. F. Seagrams Rebecca Lee to the schooling list. The useful string trained, by James Badame will be shipped to Rockingham Parle at the conclusion of the meeting at Woodbine Park. The consignment will be headed by Lady Mar-nock. In the event that adverse weather and track conditions compel the abandonment of the Foxhill Handicap, feature race Friday, racing secretary R. S. Shelley has carded a substitute race. Mrs. Stirling Young, wife of jockey Young, who underwent a minor operation in Toronto General Hospital, has been discharged from that institution and is well on the way to recovery.
