f LINCOLN FIELDS TURF NOTES f s s Jockey Johnny Leyland was suspended the remainder of the meeting for crossing over too sharply and otherwise roughing opponents astride Royal Bird in the first race at Lincoln Fields Wednesday. Mrs. H. Mallett, owner of the M. and M Stable, trained by S. F. Murphy, is a visitor here from her home in Omaha. She plans to remain the balance of the Lincoln Fields meeting. At the conclusion of the local season D McEachern will take Happy Road, Quincy and Miss Twinkle, owned by the Shandon Farm Stable, and Crimson, the property of Mrs. A. McKinney, to Lexington for the Keeneland Associations season.
