JOCKEY BIERMAN SUSPENDED BELMONT PARK, L. I., N. Y., Oct. 1. Jockey C. Bierman was suspended for the balance of the meeting and ten additional days for striking A. Cooper with his whip nearing the stretch turn in the last race Thursday. The stewards ordered his mount disqualified when he bumped Ruffy nearing I the stretch before Bierman struck Cooper with his whip.
