RESCIND DICKINSON BAN CRETE, 111., Oct. 1. The Lincoln Fields stewards, who suspended apprentice Theodore Dickinson for the remainder of the meeting yesterday, rescinded the order today and the boy was permitted to accept mounts again. The stewards and patrol judges thought that Dickinsons mount, Bandalore, had impeded Yantis, but the latters rider, Leon Haas, said that Yantis was at fault. Yantis has but one eye and, according to . Haas, it was only with difficulty that he lwas able to keep a straight course.
