JOCKEY RICHARDS SUSPENDED LAUREL, Md., Oct 22. For rough riding astride Top Dog in the third race at Laurel on Thursday, jockey Harry Richards was suspended for the remainder of the meeting, according to a statement from the stewards Top Dog, it wa3 revealed, bled in the runl ning.
