THANKERTONS ENTRY REFUSED LOS ANGELES, Calif., Oct 22. The nomination of Thankerton, the English colt that finished third in the English Derby, for the Santa Anita Handicap, 00,000 added, has been refused, and Raoul Walsh, in London, has been notified. Being a half-breed, Thankerton is not eligible to race in this country, though he is permitted to compete in foreign races.
