JOCKEY GILBERT FINED 00 LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 22. Jockey John Gilbert was fined 00 by the stewards for refusing to ride Gallette in the sixth race Wednesday after he had been properly engaged. Gilbert had just been notified of his suspension for the remainder of the meeting and his temper got the best of him.
