TWO TRAINERS FINED CICERO, 111., Oct. 22. Trainers Elmer Johnson and Edward Level were fined 0 each for creating an alleged disturbance in the paddock two days ago over the claiming of the horse Tornillo, under a ruling handed down by the Sportsmans Park stewards today. Johnson claimed Tornillo, which Level had been training for E. Harrill.
