He will dispatch the fields at Charles Town during the latter portion of that meeting, replacing George Palmer, who will do the starting at Wilmington. . Acting for W. J. Sprow, J. T. Simmons has sold Star Banner to Jay Burton at private terms. Burton will train the mare. . Imelda has been bred to General Lee, trainer Chester Adams advises.
