Two or three recent sales of horses by: the Waggoner brothers, and the continued absence of Guy L. Waggoner at his large ranch near Mosquerb, New Mexico, today revived reports that the Waggoners were preparing to transfer most: of the financial interests of their tremendous estate to New Mexico arid ColoradOj as a result of the recent passage of racing repeal.. Such a rumor early in the year was denied and today it was said by one close to the Waggoners that the recent sales did not mean that a dispersal sale "or anything I of the like" was planned. A press dispatch, however, said that it had been admitted by persons in a position to know, that the brothers who owns the Three Ds Stock Farm, and Arlington Downs, would soon establish headquarters in New Mexico. Guy L. Waggoner resigned several months ago as chairman of the Texas racing commission, and has not been closely in touch with racing affairs since.
