Start good and slow. VVpn driving; second arid third the same. EARLY EVENING showed high speed from the start and drew away into a safe lead but was quitting at the finish. GODSPEED, n forward factor from the start, responded to urging and finished with determination. I JACQUELINE M. raced close to the pace from the start and had no mishaps. SWEET ADELINE bolted at the start and was-away poorly, improved her position and finished with a rush. WELL-TIMED showed speed, saved cround and had no mishaps. FLYING DOVE was away .slowlyl BRATTLE had mr. mishaps. BABY LYNN raced evenly. REIGNING LASS dropped back after the break. IDOLIZE broke out . of hand and bolted to the outside. Start good and slow Won easily; second and third the same. - - BIG MARCH jumped well and, kept forvvardly the first turn of the field, moved into command and drew away, made a bad landing at the fourteenth fence, recovered quickly and won with speed in reserve. YEMASEE was under stout restraint the first turn of the, field, bobbled at several of his fences and was weakly ridden throughout. BUDGET BOY was rated along steadily while saving ground and had no mishaps. AXACAN showed an even effort all the way. BELL MAN had no mishaps. DRILL MASTER finished the course when its rider lost one stirrup iron at the first turn of the field. ROCKDEN ran out of the course at the fifth fence. Overweight Axacan, 4 pounds. SISTOVA came through on the inside in the final eighth and finished well. STALAGMITE was on the outside of the leaders in the final eighth and finished fast. SAN PIETRO showed speed throughout. FIRING began slowly. BELLE ELAN was away slowly. VICKSON was crowded back at the break. The Tace was run in a blinding rainstorm, which made it impossible to completely distinguish the colors. AT POST 4$ minutes. . Start good and slow. Won ridden out; second and third driving. DANGER POINT was kept forwardly from the start, overcame interference nearing the far turn, came to the outside of the leaders in the final eighth and -drew away under urging. TASHA was well up from the start and, rounding the stretch turn, was in close quarters, was guided to the outside and finished with good courage. NO DICE forced a fast pace from the start, raced SHARPSHOOTER into defeat, then tired. ROUGE ET NOIR closed ground steadily from a slow start. BUGINARUG was blocked nearing the far turn, came to the outside and finished well. SHARPSHOOTER quit badly. LEAP failed to improve his position. PTOLEMY was outrun the first part and, under urging, came to the outside in the stretch, and finished well. LITTLE SLEEPER quit badly after going a half mile. Scratched 42322 Wanderobo, 102. MISS DIGNITY, close to the pace from the start, responded to severe urging in the stretch run, wore down FAIR DEAL, then outlasted MONUMENT in the final drive. The latter was close up under restraint, moved up on the outside in the final eighth and finished with good courage. FAIR DEAL was rushed into command at the break, showed speed while saving ground and had no mishaps. PEPPERY was shuffled back- in the early running and made up ground slowly at the end. BLIND BROOK came through on the inside entering the stretch from a slow beginning, then finished well. PITTER PAT, dose up in the early stages, could notimprove its -position when called upon.
