IDEAL WEATHER AT RIVERSIDE KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 12. Saturdays offering at Riverside Park consisted of eight well-balanced races, five of which were at one mile or over. Ideal weather prevailed for the half holiday attraction and while the weather was warm, a high breeze swept through the stands, making it comfortable for the crowd. The seventh race, the Elms Hotel Handicap, was the principal offering and a small field went postward to contest the issue at one mile. The supporting race, named the Colleen Moore Purse, named in honor of the former movie star, attracted a field of sprinters. Miss Moore, who is at the present time showing her doll house in Kansas City, was a guest of the stewards- during the rutthlffg of "the race named in her honor.
