Edwin James Brown, president of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners, will be on hand early at Saratoga to aid John Sloane, Herbert Bayard Swope and John Hay Whitney in arranging for the midsummer meeting. Where io put up the visiting delegates is perplexing Sloane, but he is confident they will get an eyeful of real sport under delightf ul surroundings.
