LONG BRANCHS NEW SERVICE TORONTO, Ont., June 12. A new service at Toronto race tracks and one that will be keenly appreciated by daily double bettors will be inaugurated Monday at Long Branch. Before the running of the first race the morning line on both that race and the second event will be posted, giving the double choice speculators an idea of the approximate prices on the double. Charles Henry, who figures the odds for the Orpen-Hare tracks, has no peer on the North American continent in this respect.
