C, May 21.— The State department has announced that officials of j | the United States and Venezuela have i I signed a provisional commercial agreement j I whereby each has been granted concessions j of the most-favored nation. This action | j places the trade between the two countries on such a basis until the trade treaty now I under discussion is completed.
