TURFMEN DIVIDED ON MATCH Winn and Spitz Select War Admiral, While Krutckoff and Peabody Pick Seabiscuit. Col. Matt Winn, of Kentucky Derby fame and promoter of more than one famous match race in his many days as a turfman, selects War Admiral to win his match race against Seabiscuit on May 30 at Belmont Park. The genial colonel, who saw War Admiral romp away with the Kentucky Derby of 1937, holds the opinion that the compact son of Man o War is one of the best horses t to appear in American racing since Equi-« poise was at his best. The Illinois Racing Commissi MO was a "house divided" on the outcome of the match, chairman Leo Spitz, who is leaving Chicago Sunday to br on hand for the race at Belmont Park, also likes Wa- Admira to win. On the other hand, Wsiiei Peacock, member of the commission, picks oeabiscuit. He found a supporter in Charles Krutckoff, president of the Hawthorne course, who also believes the Howard star is the better horse,
