I RIVER DOWNS TURF NOTES f The River Downs management announced Friday that post time for the first race on Decoration Day would be two oclock. I Word was received from Detroit that Lyle Dowling, who was severely burned in the fire that destroyed a barn and a dozen head of horses at Mount Clemens, Michigan, is now out of danger and an early recovery is expected. R. T. Shepp, trainer of the River Divide Stable, stated that Handy Boy and Travel Agent, which have been on the ailing list, have been returned to training.
