1 1 CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES | 4 and Willard Wilson of Nashville, banker and turf patron, has been in Louisville several days. He has several horses in training at Churchill Downs under J. P. Jones direction. Jockey Charles Rollins, one of the leading older riders here, will resume saddle work at Churchill Downs Tuesday. He went to River Downs Saturday to fill a stakes en- gagement. Before he ships his division of the A. B. Letellier-Millsdale Stable establishment to Lincoln Fields, trainer Jack Hodgins hopes to dispose of the horses Dominique You and Indian Kettle. He is considering several offers for the racers. Hodgins plans to ship his string to the Crete track May 27 and about the same time will receive ten additional horses to be shipped to Chicago from New York by A. Pelleteri. S. W. Ward, who has a large stable here for various patrons, plans to ship his horses to Lincoln Fields in two divisions, the first to go about the middle of the week and the second after the close of the local season. First issue of the program book for Delaware Park arrived here Saturday and was distributed by Charles H. Hughes. Ralph Mcllvain, trainer of the Chicago-owned Indian Lake Stable, maintained by E. H. Williamson, will get away for Lincoln Fields on Monday. The stable includes six horses, including the capable three-year-old Inviting. H. H. Brown has relinquished the training of the horses of O. B. Wearley and at present has only one racer, Happy Helen, which he owns himself. After the close at Churchill Downs, B. B. Rice will transfer six head to Delaware Park.
