TUSKEGEE, WILBERFORCE MEET Tuskegee and Wilberforce will stage their annual football contest in Chicago Friday night. The rivalry between the two Negro schools dates back to 1928. Of the eight games played thus far Wilberforce has been the winner three times, has lost twice and has tied three times.
