j LEXINGTON TURF N0TES Howard Oots has taken a call on Kenneth McCombs. He is here with the stable of Jake Lowenstein. Max Hirsch returned to New York after attending the sales Monday and Tuesday He was unable to visit Keeneland. Prominent visitors here for the races, and sales include Royce G. Martin, of Toledo-Ed Janss, Frank Orsatti, Allan C. Long and Harry S. Hart, from Los Angeles; Adolph Pons, from Maryland; Charles B. Shaffer, from Chicago, and E. F. Woodward of Texas.
