SHREVEPORT OFFICIALS SHREVEPORT, La., Oct. 13. The complete list of racing officials for the State Jockey Club meeting of twenty-five days, which will be inaugurated on October 22 with the opening of the annual Louisiana State Fair, embraces several that are nationally known. Charles F. Henry, now serving as racing secretary at River Downs, will be the presiding steward, with Owen E. Pons as associate and the latter will also look after the duties of paddock judge. Emmette A. Hileman iz racing secretary and placing judge, and John Carey clerk of scales and placing judge. Tom J. Brown will be the starter. .
