FERRELL, CHANDLER RESTING NEW YORK, N. Y., Oct. 13. Wesley Fer-rell, with two pieces of bone removed from his right elbow, and Spud Chandler, minus one from the same spot, are resting comfortably in St. Elizabeths Hospital following their operations Wednesday. Dr. Robert Em-mett Walsh, Yankee club physician, is highly confident that the operations will prove successful.
