OFFICIALS FOR HIALEAH i j PARK ANNOUNCED j MIAMI, Fla., Oct. 13 Joseph E. Widener, president and chairman of the board of the Miami Jockey Club, today announced his "official family" for the Hialeah Park winter meeting, January 11 to March 4. "Our line-up contains an all-star group of racing officials," said Widener in naming the men who will conduct the sport at his Florida course this coming season. "It is an old axiom of the turf that the sport is only as good as the men who are charged with its supervision. I am quite proud of the fact that Hialeah racing is in the hands of Americas most capable officials which in itself bespeaks of continued success for our winter meeting."
