HARRY RICHARDS A FATHER LAUREL, Md., Oct. 13. -Jockey Harry Richards was informed that he is the father of a baby boy, who arrived at Quintard Hospital, San Diego, Calif., late Tuesday. Mrs. Richards, mother of the new-born, is the former Daisy Parsons. Richards was congratulated by his fellow-riders and friends, which caused a swelling of his chest.
