LeBlanc has been engaged to train Oddesa Maid and Expert, which Felix DeMara purchased at the auctions. Jockey Paul Keester arrived from Chicago and expects to swing into action Friday. He scales at 110 pounds. P. O. Sanford arrived with William V., Nautical Mile, Her Olga and Mueller and H. R. Nicely unloaded Leeoran, Color Major, Revlon and Silver Palm. They came from Beulah Park. Before shipping Queen Violet, Ucanmaykit, Nicky Boy, Dads Choice and Probationer here from Beulah Park, Jack Dillon sent Tress to his farm near Columbus to be turned out for the winter. Frank Bowes, Louisville, Ky., boy is under contract to Dillon. W. Seaman had his first mount of the meeting on Jolo in the sixth race. Julius Meyer is making the engagements for Paul Driscoll. Driscoll, who scales at 103 pounds, has ridden several winners. Henri Torrente returned from Lexington, where he attended the auctions. He purchased two-year-olds by the sires Calaris and Justice F. Miss Nancy Patterson, Pennsylvanias gift to the womens trainers ranks, arrived from Wheeling with Nanticoke, Luke Commoner, Debacle and Disown. She is the second woman to be licensed in Ohio, Mrs. J. Blake-ley being the other. Jack Dunegan had his first mount of the meeting on Busy Master in the fourth. H. G. King claimed Fair from the Darby Dan Farm for ,000 out of the third race Thursday. h- .
