OPEN FOR REGISTRATIONS t SHREVEPORT, La., Oct. 13. Racing secretary E. A. Hileman announced that the offices would be open to receive registrations and applications for jockey and trainer w- licenses the latter part of the week and horsemen are urged to file registrations as early as possible.
