IDENTIFY SIR ROSSER LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 17. Sir Rosser, a three-year-old which was scratched the early part of the meeting due to lack of identification, has been properly identified. The Sharpe and Pace horse will be permitted to start this week, according to the stewards. The animal formerly was in charge of J. M. Rector.
