JERE made the pace under occasional light pressure, was hard ridden the last three-sixteenths and just failed to last. HONORED MISS, hustled along from the beginning, moved up steadily after a quartqr and closed strongly. HELEN MACAW gave ground, responded to-strong pressure after three-eighths and finished gamely. DUCMISS raced wide. GLADYS GLAD had good speed to the last eighth, then gave way badly. WILD LOVE tired. SUNTAR ran out badly on the first turn.
