HENRY DUE WEDNESDAY SHREVEPORT, La., Oct. 17. Presiding steward Charles F. Henry, Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati racing official telegraphed that he would arrive in Shrc--port Wednesday morning to assume his duties and go over the applications for jockey and trainer licenses, along with associate steward Owen E. Pons, who has been on the scene for more than ten days.
