CONGRATULATE JOE WOLKIN LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 17. Joe Wolkin, head of the Turf Catering Company here, was congratulated on all sides for the excellent dinner served at the Thoroughbred Clubs function honoring Mrs. Payne Whitney at the Student Union Building, University of Kentucky, last Thursday night. Wolkin also heads the college catering company which has the food concession at the university.
