GRANT STEVENS CONCESSIONS Well-Known Organization to Operate at North Randall Track in Cleveland Approve Conditions. CLEVELAND, Ohio, April 15. Harry M. Stevens has been granted the concession privileges for North Randalls inaugural meeting, May 27 to July 4, the Cleveland Jockey Club announced today. The Stevens organization handles the concessions at a number of the countrys major tracks, baseball parks and sports arenas. Work on the track and grandstand at North Randall is progressing very satisfactorily and the plant will be in readiness long before the bugle blows. The Cleveland Jockey Club also announced the Bahr gate will be employed by W. C. "Bill" Daly, starter. Interest in the meeting is high among the horsemen, who have approved the condition book as drafted by presiding steward Sam Nuckols and racing secretary Julius Reeder.
