DISCUSS REOPENING DORVAL MONTREAL, Que., April 15. Plans for the reopening of Dorval race track will be discussed when the Quebec Racing Associa-: ition meets here Monday, it was learned to-. day. Jules Dugal, representing the Cattarin- ich estate, will propose to the association j that the track be reopened. In this case, ! there may be five tracks operating here this season instead of the four in past years. There is also the possibility of the opening of the racing season here being advanced to June 3, from June 24. This will be proposed Monday, as the additional track in operation would mean a longer season.
