I BEULAH PARK TURF NOTES . I Carl Grassia is planning to start a comeback in the saddle. Provided he can get down to riding weight, he will be in action at Beulah Park from April 22 to May 20. Grassia was one of the outstanding reins-men on Ohio tracks some nine years ago. Dan Hickey arrived here and announced he will handle the engagement book of Pat Milligan, who scored the first winner of his career astride Eddie Wrack last month at Hot Springs. Milligan hails from New Orleans and is under contract to Joe Baum-bach, owner and trainer of Zevson. Bob Mozer, former jockey, has returned to Beulah in the role of trainer. Mozer shipped his useful stable from Tropical Park. The band includes Actdine and Saunderstown.
