CIANO REVEALS ITALYS AIMS ROME, Italy, April 15. Albania will fight by the side of Italy to preserve their union under the dual monarchy of King Victor Emanuel, Foreign Minister Count Galaezzo Ciano proclaimed today. In a speech before the Chamber of Corporations and Fazces, successor of the Chamber of Deputies, Count Ciano said any attempt to upset the union will be met with action by both countries. The foreign minister sounded a conciliatory note when he declared all the Italian troops in Spain would return home after their "deserved triumphal entry into Madrid." Ciano said the Rome-Berlin axis would remain the basis of Italian foreign policy and it would "continue to function perfectly." Presence of Italian troops in Albania, he insisted, does not constitute the slightest threat to Jugoslavia, The foreign minister also reiterated Premier Mussolinis assurance that Italy has no designs on Greece and he reaffirmed Italys desire for world peace.
