HOWARDS SAN YSIDRO PLANS SAN BRUNO, Calif., April 15 Charles S. Howard stated today that he had no intention of breeding horses at his newly-acquired San Ysidro ranch in San Diego county. "I bought the property merely to have a place to turn out my horses when we are racing in Southern California," stated Howard today. "The ranch has some of the finest grazing land in the state and I may also place a few broodmares there but will use the ranch at Willits as the main breeding establishment. The northern ranch is much larger and more suitable for breeding purposes."
