Fractional Time of American Records - As a general rule in presenting the best times made in races on the American turf only the final time is shown; In fact, this being the method of tabulating he Americar track records. The reason is that space does not permit in most, cases to display the fraft tional time of such record races. For a matter of interest to all who watch closely the time of all races, and also as .a matter of record, we have tabulated all the fractional times of the -American track records, made over a circular course, to date where such fractional times have been shown in the charts, and now offer these times in the following interesting table: - ...
