FLORIDAS ADVERSE REPORT TALLAHASSEE, Florida, April 20. Proponents of repeal of the state law allowing the operation of race tracks in Florida received a setback this afternoon when the House committee on public amusements of the legislature reported unfavorably a bill designed to repeal the states racing law in its entirety. The vote was" unanimous, with each of the eight members of the committee agreeing to the adverse report.
