NORTH RANDALL ARRIVALS CLEVELAND, Ohio, April 20. Already stables are arriving for the inaugural meeting of running races at North Randall, which will be held from May 27 through July 4. Among the early arrivals are six colorbearers of Bennett Creech, Missouri horseman, who finished eleventh in money won last year. In the Creech stable is Shining Heels, a 1938 stake winner. A number of stables now racing in Kentucky are planning to ship to North Randall, as are several from Beulah Park.
