CRABB APPEAL TURNED DOWN SPRINGFIELD, 111., April 20. The perjury conviction and one- to fourteen-year prison sentence of James W. Crabb, 22, former Delavan, 111., bank clerk, was" upheld yesterday by the Illinois Supreme Court. The sentence rose from the murder of Betty Col-, lison Crabb, his bride of five weeks.
