PRESIDENT MAY VISIT ENGLAND MANCHESTER, England, April 20. The Daily Dispatch, a Manchester newspaper, reported today that King George VI. and Queen Elizabeth will convey an official invitation to President and Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt to visit England. The paper said well informed quarters believed acceptance of the invitation by Mr. and Mrs. Roosevelt is reasonably certain, adding they probably will visit England next spring. The King and Queen will begin their state visit to the United States June 7.
