MAY BAN DOUBLE FEATURES SPRINGFIELD, 111., April 20. The judiciary committee of the House by a vote of 11 to 4 favorably reported a bill to the House which would ban the exhibition of double-feature motion picture programs in the state of Illinois. The bill makes it illegal for an exhibitor to display two or more feature films between the hours of 10 a. m. and 10 p. m. of the same day.
