PLAN "TRIPLE ENTENTE" LONDON, England, April 20. Revival of the triple entente, which confronted Germany at the beginning of the World War, became a possibility today when authorities tacitly confirmed that Britain and France are aiming at a protective alliance with Russia. Officials would not deny that a triple alliance, backing up Anglo-French guarantees to Poland, Rumania and Greece, was Brit-tains aim in the present triangular conversations. They insisted, however, that the talks now are in a delicate stage and have not yet reached a point where public announcement could be made.
