WIDENER S DOWNS STABLE LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 29.— The stable of Joseph E. Widener, president of the Westchester Racing Association, and one of the countrys foremost turf patrons, and his daughter-in-law, Mrs. P. A. B. Widener, will be represented at Churchill Downs by a division of thirteen horses, including the splendid juvenile prospect, Roman. The son of Haste — Mademoiselle de Valois is one of the best two-year-olds to show to date, and greatly impressed in winning the Lafayette Stakes at Keeneland. Dan E. Stewart will train the string, and the able young reins-man, Warren Yarberry, will do the riding for the stable at Churchill Downs.
