LAWMAKERS VISIT TRACK SAN MATEO, Calif., April 29. — A senatorial delegation headed by Senator D. Jack Metzger of Red Bluff, and including Senators Jack Shelley of San Francisco, Robert L. Kenner of Los Angeles, Ralph Swing of San Bernardino, Herbert Slater of Sonoma, and others attended the racing at Bay Meadows, Saturday. The other branch of the legislature was represented by an assembly group, including Assemblymen Thomas A. Maloney, Edward F.
