TORCHSTICKS GOOD TRIAL LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 29.— E. E. Irbys Kentucky Oaks reliance, Torch Stick, came through with a satisfactory trial this morning over the Douglas Park course when the three-year-old daughter of Torchilla — Fly-stick negotiated six furlongs in 1:16%, handily. Torch Stick went the opening quarter in :25, and completed the half mile in :50%. Trainer Irby was much impressed with the speed displayed by his charge.
