FULL SUPPORT PLEDGED TO FRANCES PREMIER PARIS, France, May 12.— Full support of the Socialist Party, the most powerful single political group in France, for Premier Eduoard Daladiers foreign policy was pledged today by ex-Premier Leon Blum, Socialist leader. In the debate before the Chamber of Deputies, Blum said, however, the Socialists would vote against the government for domestic reasons, such as increased taxation. Stressing the nations unity, as Daladier did yesterday, Blum said: "The country is absolutely unanimous for defense." "In spite of the opposition to Daladiers home policy, the Socialist Party in a caucus decided only by the narrow vote of forty-eight to forty-two to stand against the government in the chamber showdown. Nine Socialists did not vote. Daladier adopted a conciliatory attitude in replying to Blum. The premier said he understood the Socialists position regarding domestic questions, but insisted that his emergency measures were the only way to save France and keep it united in the face of danger.
