MRS. LEIGH JR.S MOTHER DIES COLLINSVILLE, 111., May 12.— Richard A. Leigh, Jr., received word here this morning that his mother-in-law, Mrs. K. Brammer, passed away at her home in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Friday morning. Mrs. Brammer, who was 79 years of age, was stricken with a heart attack. Mrs. Leigh, Jr., wife of the popular young Fairmount Park official, departed Friday morning for Shaker Heights for the funeral, which will be conducted Monday, May 15.
